Gaston emerged as a winner because he made a profit of 100 francs .he got ready to sell the villa to Mrs. Al Smith for 300 francs and the he asked Juliette to sell off the villa to him for 200 francs to show that he really cared about his wife's feeling but after that he sold the villa to Mrs Al Smith for 300 francs and made a profit of 100 francs
