When she want to go for egg hunting she would double her hands and put them on the ground, which means something round in the grass and thus, Martha understood that Helen want to go for egg hunting. When they find a nest out there with eggs and as Martha started carrying the eggs home , Helen her understand by signs that she might fall and break them.
