Helen wanted to know the meaning of Love. Her teacher tried to explain to her by kissing her. She made Helen feel the heart beats but Helen could not understand her. Helen asked if love was like the sweetness of violets, then she felt that the warmth of the sun could be love. Helen felt restless that her teacher was not able to make her understand what was love. One day Helen was stringing beads of different sizes in a particular pattern. She kept making mistakes. Her teacher corrected her everyone and asked her to concentrate. She sounded the word 'think' with a special emphasis. In a moment, Helen realised that the process going in on her mind was thinking. This was her first brush with an abstract concept.
After this Discovery, Helen understood that love was also something that cannot be touched, but only felt, like the rain for the thirsty Earth, the sun after clouds. The sweetness that one feels is love and it makes everything around beautiful.
