how did hira lal and his mother felt when his mother felt when they saw the other birds trying to save the trapped bird ? was there a difference in their feeling

Hiralal was filled with awe when he saw the other sparrows helping the stuck sparrow. He dragged his mother from the house, so that she too can she how bravely the other fellow birds were helping the stuck bird, whereas all humans who saw the bird stuck were so reluctant to help the bird.
Her mother also felt very strange to watch the birds helping out their fellow mate. It was altogether a very inspiring sight to watch the benevolence of such small creatures helping out each other. If only humans were that thoughtful.
