Ancient times: When the discovery of fire and other things like pottery, tools made from stone took place.
Medieval times: when kings would rule.
Modern: citizens elect their own representative and president and live in democracy

BCE(before birth of Christ) CE (after birth of Christ) AD(anno domini)
