In the british era , many independent kingdoms were established in different parts and regions of India . The British started expanding their power  in India by lowering and destructing other independent kingdoms.As the British area went on increasing ,other kingdoms also started rising to power.
also when the British kingdom got fully destructed, many princely states also started in different regions and all of them rise to power.
