Rajbhar Suhaldev defeated the Ghaznavaids in the battle of Bahraich and the Ghaznavai general was killled in the battle !!! Thee remaining army of the Ghaznavaids vanished from North India after hearing he defeat at Bahraich.
King Gangadev of Kannauj had also defeated the Ghazni army after they retaliated from Varanasi. Eventually Ghazni returned to Ghazna leaving back conquered territories to the Hindu kings in India
