Mr Oliver went near the boy and asked him what had got him there. ... However, the boy did not reply and only continued crying.

Mr Oliver asked the boy that what he was doing there and why he was crying. The boy did not respond to Mr Oliver's call and continued to sob. Mr Oliver again enquired what was troubling him and asked him to look up.

The boy raised his head , did not say anything and uncover his face.
