how did schools became an important place for political and cultural battles in Vietnam

this is because in a school in vietnam a vietnamee girl was forced to sit at back seat and allowed a french girl to sit in front and when the veitname girl refuse to sit she was resticated and when all vietnamee students oppose that all of them were resticated then their is a conflict between their parents and school staff ans this small conflict change into huge cause
