HELLO FRIEND HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,,,,,,,

At October 16, 1968 Olympics, at Mexico City's Olympic stadium 200 metre final, there were two African American athletes Tommie Smith and John Carlos who wore black gloves as a symbol of racial discrimination and inequality towards the black people, wearing the gloves the stood up their clenched firm strong fists high up in the air and proudly bowed their heads while they listened to the National Anthem of America. This meant easing the fists to get booed and angriest insults hurling them over with serious blacklashes and even death threats turning a plight of medal ceremony turned into array of political statements.

There was a third athlete in the podium with those two black athletes who was the silver medalist in 1968 Olympics and a white Australian runner Peter Norman. He was not raising the fists but standed still with those two guys. Smith and Carlos actually agreed the opportunity to raise social awareness and the issue within the society and discrimination between blacks and whites when Racial fights and tensions were at a new high.

200 metre race of 1968 Olympics made them clustered into a controversial issue and made them look bad when they raised the fist with black glove, this made the human rights movement and civil outrageous racism at a very large pact, as from then on every black man or woman or whatever gender them might have, got their rights in eventual belief. If that would not happen the Black people would have got auctioned when they get the ballot of vote in it. Times have changed and this Black Powered Protest changed the tables.

Since that time there was a Anti Australian Whites policy, this restricted non-whites from entering the land of Australia (it was there in 1966). In all they went against the international policies of many countries to garner international attention about the violated terms of human rights destroying and barring Norman's career of running from the upcoming Olympics Hence giving the rights and civil rights in America. Two states were installed in San Jose State University, in 2005,, commemorating the statues of Tommie Smith and John Carlos for depicting the acts of heroism and revolutionarism for the most famous gesture for Human rights for Black people.

One famous thing I always like whenever they get troubled into abstaining the laws; "I have got the rights and I am black so I know my thing."

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND GIVES YOU THE IDEA OF BLACK PEOPLE MOVEMENT. DEMOLISH RACISM PROMOTE PEACE !!!!!
