The British rule in India affected the Indian masses in the following ways:
1. The interference of British people in the administrative system of India caused huge problem to the general mass. They supported the rich people though they were the cause of the problem and showed injustice to the poor people.
2. The British people imposed heavy tax on the peasants as well as farmers and even in some they cases, took away their land too.
3. They reserved all the area which was full of resource as Government property without the willingness of the owners and enjoyed all the benefits out of it.
4. In the field of education, uniformity was introduced by the Britishers due to which all the children went to same place called school for education.
