volume of a cone = 1/3pi r^2 h
when h and r are tripled..
1/3 pi (3r)^2 × 3h
1/3 pi 9r^2 × 3h
so ratio =
1/3pi 9r^2 3h : 1/3 pi r^2 h
9r^2 × 3h : r^2 h
27:1
