The brothers make mamidi tandra in following way :-
The mamidi tandra means Aam papad they requires ingredients such as sugar,jaggery,a thin cloth,unripe mangoes and low platform.
After that they will start making process,they take pan and put the sugar and unripe mango in it and mix well in low flame.
They mix until both sugar and mango puree is reduced to half quantity.
Then they will transfer the mixture on a thin poly sheet paper. They will be applied ghee on the poly sheet before pouring the mixture.
Place this sun for one or two days till it is a dry.
