The disaster converted calm waves of the sea as gigantic.these waves not only harmed wavewalker but rolled the author as a rag dol.they could not set sail on the main mast.even the deck of the wavewalker was totally damaged.the water had started entering into the ship though the author managed to deal with.though the waves were gigantic yet it brought unity among all the people and they proved that they were not afraid to die if they all r together....

The narrator was thrown off into the water and he almost drowned and got injured. Along with two hired crewmen, the narrator pumped out the water from the ship for a continuous 36 hours. He also tried repairing the parts of the ship
