When the snake suddenly landed on the doctors shoulder, he was scared to death, he didn't move or shake, tremble there was no physical reaction. He was completely frozen, he held is breath as well. But his mind was very active, he was wise enough not to tremble or shout, which may trigger the snake. He stated himself as brave and handsome, but when he encountered the snake, none of those traits were to be seen.
