There was change in life style due to the changes in the place where they settled. Earlier people used to hunt and gather food for their livelihood. They were nomadic and camped near the places which had waters sources nearby.

Gradually, due to soil fertility and better climatic conditions, people began to explore places and started an agrarian based life. Farming was practiced. This earned them livelihood and they also became self-sufficient. People began making laws and lived up to it.

Industries sprang up and they started to live near the areas which had factories. The factory owners provided the workers with basic amenities like housing and wages with which the life style of the people transformed from being nomadic to well settle in urban areas.
