the instructor made douglas a good swimmer by training me to his fullest ability. the instuctor took pain to train him to overcome his fear of water . the instructor taught him many styles of swimming. so by this douglas can at last swim to he teiggs island from lake wentworth in new hampshire and swam two miles across the lake of stampt act island .
