Despite, having tensions between some of its neighboring countries, India is holding its independence and freedom for quite long time. This is due to the western and northern mountain ranges which protect India from any kind of invasion and menace. For example Himalayas which is home to the largest mountains in the world. thus these mountain ranges make the attack perilous.
