Answer:

The poem   ''The eyes have it" written by Ruskin Bond portrays a conversation between two blind people who were unaware of the fact that they both were blind. In the poem, both of them shared their love for the Mussoorie hills. They spent their limited time talking and sharing their memories of the hills which made them nostalgic and the narrator thought that he was hopelessly romantic. They agreed that October was the best time to visit the hills as the temperature is moderate, cold yet warm. The roads were tranquil and lonely as the tourists generally leave by that time. Wild Dahlias were seen all over the hills and the sun complements the serene and panoramic view of the hills.  The evenings can be enjoyed by the lighting of the bonfire.
