the causes for the Non-Cooperation Movement states that one cause was the rowlatt act which gave a blow to the self respect of the Indians (including the peasants and tribals), moreover the death of several demonstrators at Jallianwala bagh was not to be unrecognised by the rest so this led to a mass movement encouraging peasants and tribals.

Hey Friend,

The main programs under the Non-Cooperation Movement included Boycott and Swadeshi programs. The nation enthusiastically responded to the call of Gandhi ji. The people were ready to practice non-cooperation with the government in every field.
These movements included and aimed at the welfare of peasants and tribal communities.

1. Boycott of government schools and colleges

2. Boycott of foreign goods.

3. Popularizing Khadi by hand weaving and hand spinning.

4. Establishing private schools and colleges throughout the country.

5. Establishing Panchayats in the villages all over the country.

6. Development of unity between Hindus and Muslims.

7. Removal of untouchability and other measures for Harijan welfare.

8. Upliftment of women.

9. Manufacturing of charkha's for common people.

10. Shops selling foreign goods and liquor were picketed and foreign cloth was burnt.

Hope it helps!
