How did the presence of the gomasthas in the village create problems for the cotton weavers? Explain

the gomasthas gave prior loans to the cotton weavers. as a result they could not sell their produce to other businessmen and get higher prices.even if they did sell the gomasthas punished them for selling weaved cotton to others
