How did the tiger king meet his destiny and what is ironical about his death?

Tiger King met his destiny when he was playing with a Wooden carved Tiger. The toy was not crafted properly and a sliver injured his right arm. Next day the infection spreads in his whole arm. On operation the infection is removed but he died. The irony in his death was that , he was killed by a toy tiger and even on his death the surgeons called the operation Successful.
