Ved mother cured tried to cure the blindness of her son by calling Pandits and Hakim to pray for him. They also applied certain medicines to the eyes to try if they could get healed. His father usually did not provide support to him and he ened up being send in to a school for the blind. Her mother vowed that her son will not be begger as other bind children in the streets and that is why she worked so hard to get acure by all means to ensure that her son will not remain blind forever.
