How did we make which types of materials please explain this

Approximately 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements
oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus.
And about 0.85% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium. All these 11 elements r necessary for life.
The basic structural and functional unit of human body is cell, a group of cells forms into tissues then tissues into organs , organs into organ system ..
