Celebration Sankranti festival and importance of this festival:
Like every year, I celebrated Paush Sankranti with my family this year. My mother and granny made four types of 'Pitha' and payesh. Many relatives were invited on that occasion.
This festival is much important to the Bengalees. The month of 'Pousha' is the month of abundance as paddy is harvested then. So, by celebrating this, we want to satisfy our tongues. This festival is very important.
