Different authorities are work separately under one main authority with full freedom & by providing that autonomy status. They never breach in to the power & work area of each other. Like in Indian political system all services have their different jurisdiction & legitimacy. Hence they don’t conflict with each other until any serious issues. Finally all managed under Government of India or under State government with the guidance & support of The constitution Of India .
