when we eat food it goes in stomoch and some some acids prsents in our stomach like hcl that it can digest food this hcl cannot harmful to stomach because inside stomach the fur or mucus attached.

And then the food passes from food canal to the stomach where different kinds of acids releases to kill the bacteria enters through the food we take , for digestion , etc... There in the small intestine there present an villi which helps in increasing the surface area of digestion. There by the undigested particles get through the large intestine and passes through colon , rectum and anus .
