1) AgNO³ + NaCl –––> AgCl + NaNO³. Ex. of double displacement.
2) Zn + 2HCl –––> ZnCl² + H². Ex. of displacement reaction.
In double displacement reactions, ions get exchanged. In displacement reaction ion displaces from less reactive metal to more reactive metal.
