When a simple female mosquito bites an ill person( infected with malaria) the Plasmodium in ill person's blood transfers in the stomach of mosquito when it sucks blood of malarial patient's skin, that's how mosquitoes get plasmodium , the plasmodium multiplies in the walls of the mosquito's stomach wall and when it bites another healthy person it injects it's saliva in the healthy person's blood and the saliva is actually infected by plasmodium that's how malaria is spreader by mosquito!!!
