accident generally occur because people generally don't follow laws framed by government and generally violate the traffic rules due to which most of the accidents occur also due to over speeding and rash driving there are many accidents. it is not always fault of drivers, people generally suddenly cross the roads without waiting for the red light so that cars will stop and they can safely go. But they run on the road to reach the destination and and in order to save their lives many drivers lose their control over the vehicle so these are some faults also made by the pedestrians so the conclusion is people should drive safely and pedestrians should always look both the sides and wait for the turn to cross the road using zebra crossing only.
