acrosome is the anterior part of sperm head which uses an enzyme called hyaluronidase to penetrate into the egg.
lysosome uses hydrolytic enzyme and could engulf by endocytosis of any foreign substance and break it down.

The lysosomes are sacs that bud off from the Golgi. They are surrounded by plasma membrane and contain digestive enzymes (hydrolytic enzymes). ...
