Algae is of many types as it's a type of plant so just have cell wall but fungi lives on the decomposed matter and doesn't have cell wall

Algae is a autotrophic plant.It contain chlorophyll .so it can prepare their own food by the process of photosynthesis.But fungi is heterotrophic .It don't consist chlorophyll ,so can't prepare their own food.
