Plastics become most useful these days, but there are so many 

disadvantages of plastics. Still we use it everyday. Some of the things which

are made from plastic -

• Plastic bags - we use plastic bags while shopping. But if you want to save

our environment then you can use jute bags or cotton bags instead of

plastic bags.

• Plastic bottles - mostly every fruit juice company use plastic bottles as a

container.

• Plastic lunch boxes - Most of the parents use plastic lunch boxes for

their kids.

• Toys - plastic animals , Legos etc. are made up of plastics.

• Switches - Electric bulb switches are also made up of plastics.

 
We use plastic because  :

• Available easily

• Not very expensive

• Easy to use.
