autotrophs can make their own food .
there are two types of autotrophs -
1) photoautotrophs - prepare food by photosynthesis
2) chemoautotrophs- prepare food by the help of chemicals
eg - BGA , plants
heterotrophs depend on the autotrophs directly or indirectly for food .
eg - human
