Building of dams effect the people there mentally and economically. They have to shift their places, for that they need money. If they are farmers, it would be much more difficult. They have to leave their assets and farms and everything.

water may overflow and spoil there fields.
it takes large area to construct it so many people near by can loose there land .
to construct a dam many trees r been cut down.....
