In human being the carbohydrates are digested by the enzymes called salivary amylase and pancreatic amylase.
Fats are emulsified ( the process of breaking down of large fat globules into smaller ft globules by bile juice) by the bile juice and digested by pancreatic lipase.
Protein are digested by pepin and trypsin.
