Desert Plants Like Cactus And Etc..

Have Long And Deep Roots Which Helps Them To Absorb More Water From Soil And In This Way They Adapt Them According To the surroundings

Eg- A Desert Plant Have Long And Deep Roots Which Help It To Absorb More Water From Soil

A desert plant has adapted itself in desertic conditions in a variety of ways like:-

1- they have very thick cuticle

2-sunken stomata to reduce water loss

3-they have thorns and generally bushy

4-leaves are modified into spines

5-they have strong penetrating roots

All these adaptations helps the plant to survive in those harsh climatic conditions.
