well if you see at the basics its the same method that is used to find center of mass of an object but very complex calculations take place

The first step is divided the sections
The make calculations for there c.g.
And the
For ex
We have 3 sections
So we will calculate there cg separately
Find cg along x and y or any reference axis
And I.e.
X bar=a1x1+a2x2+a3x3/sum of all the areas of section
a1=area of 1 section
x1= distance of the cg from reference axis
Similarly a2, a3 and x1, x2
Similarly make calculation for y(bar)
And finally we get the cg points of complete lamina
