Storage of food materials in container also reduce the chances of microbial growth the it cannot prevent it completely the air present in the containers always contains a microorganism all there's force please keep on growing and reducing even in closed container therefore it order to store food materials for other period the container at the air enclosed must be cleaned of microorganisms
