yes ,there was a problem in categorised our past as Hindu, Muslim and Christian rule , the problem was that, that we can't divide our past as religion of the ruler because at the same time some places had Hindu's king rule at mughal period

and like that there were many territories ruled by Hindu or Muslim at the age of Christian rule

so we can't divide our past as the basis of religion of ruler
