You have be quick in answering because if someone presses the answer button before you then you'll not get a chance to answer that question.

There is the option answer so click there new questions will be coming regularly . so you have to click on that question and then after clicking just click on answer option with blue colour and thn u r ready to answer . But it is showing that u can't answer the question it means others took that opportunity so you have to be fast . only 2 members can answer .
