Answer:

5+3√2÷5-3√2=a+b√2

√2=1.41

5+3×1.41÷5-3×1.41=a+b×1.41

5+4.23÷5-4.23=a+b×1.41

9.23÷0.77=a+b×1.41

11.98÷1.41=a

8.49=8.5=a

substitute a=8.5 in a+b√2 to get b

8.5+b×1.41

=8.5×1.41=b

=11.98=12=b
