 {0.9x}^{2}  - 1.3x = 0.8x - 1 \\  \\  {0.9x}^{2}  - 1.3x - 0.8x =  -1 \\  \\  {0.9x}^{2}  - 2.1x =  - 1 \\  \\  {0.9x}^{2}  - 2.1x + 1 = 0 \\  \\  {0.9x}^{2} + 1.5x + 0.6x + 1 = 0 \\  \\  1.5x(0.6x+1) + 1(0.6x + 1) = 0  \\  \\ (0.6 + 1)(1.5x + 1) = 0
Now,
x =   \frac{ - 1}{0.6}  \: or \: \frac{ - 10}{6}
Also,
x =  \frac{ - 1}{1.5}  \: or \:   \frac{ - 10}{15}
