Here is your answer

6x^2 -3x = 2-4x
6x^2 -3x +4x -2=0
3x(2x-1)+2(2x-1)= 0
(2x-1)(3x+2)=0
when,
2x-1=0
2x=1
x=1/2

when,
3x+2=0
3x= -2
x= -2/3
