2*3-3*2-20x-21=0
6-6-20x-21=0
0-20x=21
x=21+20
x=41

The question seems to be wrong
actually the question must be 2x3-3x2-20x+21=0.

so by trail and error method one of it's zero is 1
therefore one of it's factor is x-1
therefore by dividing the polynomial by x-1
the quotient is x^2+2x-3
therefore by factorizing the polynomial x2+2x-3 the zeros obtained are 7/2and -3

therefore the zeroes of this polynomial is 1,-3,7/2.

I hope this will help you.
