It is an isosceles triangle because, two sides are extended from the centre and ended at the arch

So, the base angles are equal

Let, the measurement of each base-angle be 'a'

∴<OAB=<OBA=a

By condition,

<AOB+<OAB+<OBA=180°[angle sum property]

⇒100°+a+a=180°

⇒2a=180°-100°

⇒2a=80°

⇒a=80°/2

⇒a=40°

∴<OAB=40°

<OAT' = 90°{ANgles formed by the bisection of the tangent by the radius]

∴<OAT'+<OAB+<AOT=180°[ANgle formed by the tangent]

⇒90°+40°+<AOT=180°

⇒<AOT=180°-130°

⇒<AOT=50°

∴<AOT=50°
