while writing the ques there are 4 option i.e.
1 keyboard
2 camera
3 photo
4 voice
click photo option then u can upload or u can also use camera too......

If you want to attach a picture on question (in app).
There's two options to attach pictures.
You can see the given picture.In the picture, I showed them option to attach the picture.Just click the button and choose the picture you want to attach.
