i know u re 9th grade... i'll answer.... the landless labourers don't have land and work for the big farmer's field. But then too the demand for labour is just needed in the time of sowing, weeding, harvesting, etc.. so in the remaining time, they will have to work in jobs below their dignity. they cant have enough money and they borrow money from the large farmers. so the large farmers give it a.but then the landless labourers cant pay it back and forced to work in the large farmer's too. the small farmers also get money to grow their own crops and when they failed to return, they will forcibly sell their plots and work under the large farmers.

2 there is no job security and workers are even paid in kind
3 farm labourers face the problem of seasonal unemployment. so they remain without work during of season
4 there is a tough competition for work among farm labourers . so the people agree for work at low wages
