as we know that every 1° extent towards east from Greenwich there will be time increase 4 minutes .....that's why in India arunchal Pradesh obtain sun lights Early than that of Gujarat bcz of eastern extent ...(30° extent= 120 minutes ahead) but we adopt mid way time zone 82°30' longitude
