How do managers differ from non-managerial employees? Discuss in your points of view?

Manager is a person who belongs to the management team and helps in the administration of an institute.

Non-managerial employee are members of the organisation who do not have administrative duties.

Managers differ from non-managerial employees

1. The responsibility of a manager is more compared to a non-managerial employee.

2. The manager has to be a person of good morale as he is a role model to the non-managerial employees.

3. The manager is responsible for his subordinate's action.

4. The manager is responsible for achieving the company's target, though it takes the coordinated effort of all the employees.

5. The absence of a non-managerial employee will not affect much, the functioning of an organisation compared to the absence of the manager.
